| 吉林亞泰中科醫療器械工程技術研究院股份有限公司（以下簡稱：亞泰中科）成立于2017年2月，是由吉林亞泰醫藥集團、吉林省中科生物醫學工程有限公司、長春精誠生物技術有限公司三方共同出資成立，注冊資本1億元人民幣。公司主要圍繞皮膚影像、科技體育及高端醫療器械開展研發、中試、生產、銷售工作，研發及產品涵蓋醫療、醫美、健康、體育等領域。公司以“合作、共享、共贏、發展”為理念，打造我國高端醫療器械及科技體育知名企業。公司成立以來先后獲得了“國家高新技術企業”、“吉林省生物醫學工程創新基地”、“吉林省先進醫療器械制造業創新中心”等資質。 發展定位： 公司面向我國醫療、醫美及科技體育領域的重大戰略需求，以高端醫用光學、生物醫學、物聯網、人工智能技術為核心，通過整合社會資源，結合“醫工合作”模式，打破國外高端醫療器械產品在國內的壟斷，掌握核心技術實現進口替代。 發展方向： 以高端醫用光學技術及物聯網技術為依托，研發高端皮膚診療及皮膚醫美設備，打造皮膚診療生態圈和皮膚醫美生態圈，制定醫療級皮膚檢測標準和醫美級皮膚檢測標準，提供系統級數字醫療醫美綜合解決方案，帶動產業鏈上下游協同發展。 以生物醫學工程技術為依托，結合人工智能、大數據及物聯網等技術，將生物醫學工程賦能科技體育，推動運動健康產業的發展，打造智慧體育生態圈，提供專業有效可靠的科學運動解決方案及產品，助力我國體育產業發展，實現國民尤其是青少年體質的全面提升。 Company overview: Jilin Yatai Zhongke Medical Equipment Engineering Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yatai Zhongke") was founded in February 2017. It was jointly established through the investment of Jilin Yatai Pharmaceutical Group, Jilin Province Zhongke Biomedical Engineering Co., Ltd and Changchun Jingcheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Our scopes of business cover variable sectors: medical care, medical aesthetics，healthcare and sports, etc. Focusing on skin imaging, sports science and high-end medical equipment, we start with R&D, our service continues to experimental, production and ongoing marketing management. With the value of ‘cooperation, sharing, win-win and development’, our aim is to establish a well-known enterprise in high-end medical devices and sports science sectors in China. Since its establishment, the company has successively obtained the qualifications of ‘National High-tech Enterprise’, ‘Jilin Province Biomedical Engineering Innovation Base’ and ‘Jilin Province Advanced Medical Device Manufacturing Innovation Center’, etc. Positioning: In the context of the strategic needs in medical care, medical aesthetics and sports science in China, with high-end Medical Optics, Biomedical Science, the Internet of Things and the AI technologies as the core, by integrating the social resources and combining with the ‘medical-engineering cooperation’ model, our company aims to break the monopoly of foreign high-end medical equipment products in the domestic market and to grasp the core technology to replace the imports.
